STORE SUPERVISOR
(JMSI)

• In-charge of the overall store operation and its team members
• Meet or exceeds the total sales requirement for each day
• Conduct training of new hires and familiarize with the store operation business
• Engage with customers and give excellent customer service experience
• Communicate with Purchasing Department and Storage Crew for stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with Assistant Manager and Admin Officer for overall operations
• Coordinate with HR Department regarding employees' concern
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department in terms of product reconciliation issues and product damage
